摘要
文章通过对人力资本在经济社会发展中所起作用的探讨,以及对东西部地区经济社会现状的分析,阐述了当前东西部地区经济社会存在差距的根本原因是西部人力资本基础薄弱造成的,并在此基础上提出了相应对策及建议。
By discussing the role that human resources have played in the development of economic society and analyzing the present economic society in Eastern and Western regions, it is expounded that the basic causes for the differences in the economic society in Eastern and Western regions are made by the weak basis of human resources in Western regions, and then corresponding measures and suggestions are puts forward.
