摘要
文章回顾分析了 2 0多年来我国高校心理素质教育理论研究与实践的历史及现状 ,指出了在理论研究中尚待解决的 3个问题 :科学界定大学生心理素质结构 ;深入系统探析大学生心理素质发展规律及影响因素、构建科学的适合我国大学生的心理素质评价体系。并对大学生心理素质教育实践中的若干问题进行了现实的思考 :目标的一般化与职业化 ;矫正性与发展性取向 ;工作队伍的专业化与全员化 ;课程内容的系统连续式与分散主体式 ;工作体系的服务职能与教育职能。
In accordance with the present situation of the research and practice on the theory of the psychological quality education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some problems to be solved in coming theory research: scientifically defining psychological quality structure of colleges students; thoroughly and systematically probing into the law of the development of psychological quality ; establishing a scientific evaluating system. This paper also practically puts some existing problems in educational practice into consideration and makes a selection of them:the educating objective is generalized or specialized; making a choice between correcting psychological quality and developing it ;the educating staff are specialized or generalized ;the curriculum contents are systematized or scattered with a core of them; the serving function or educating function of the working system.
