以21世纪知识经济为背景，探讨创新人才的心理素质结构，初步提出创新人才心理素质结构的内涵。
Under the background of intelligence economy in the 21st century, the structure of mental diathesis of creative talents is discussed. The connotation of the structure of mental diathesis of creative talents is proposed.
