摘要
以NKC— 9/FeCl3 为催化剂 ,研究了丁酸异戊酯合成反应动力学规律。在实验条件下 ,内、外扩散阻力可以消除或忽略 ,催化剂表面的化学反应是整个催化过程的控制步骤。讨论了反应温度和催化剂用量对反应速度的影响 ,并给出了该催化反应的动力学方程。
In this article, the kinetics of the synthesis of isoamyl butyrate was studied experimentally, using the NKC—9 strong acidic cation exchange resin complexed by ferric chloride as catalyst. It was found that external and intraparticle diffusion resistance could be eliminated in this experimental conditions. Therefore, the reaction on the active sides of the catalyst was the determining step of the synthetic process. In addition, the effects of temperature and catalyst loading on the rate of reaction were investigated. A complete kinetic equation for describing the synthetic process was developed. The kinetic equation could be used for the development of the esterification , the design of the esterification reactor and the optimum of the process.
