摘要
目的 :为了研究十全大补汤对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :以环磷酰胺和氢化波尼松造成免疫抑制小鼠模型 ,分别给予 1 0 0 %和 50 %的十全大补汤灌胃 ,0 .5ml/只 /d,以 SRBC- DTH、ATER、HA和脾指数作为检测指标。结果 :1 0 0 %和 50 %的十全大补汤均可明显提高小鼠的 SRBC- DTH水平及 ATER且均可使脾重及指数明显下降 ,水肿减轻。结论 :十全大补汤可明显改善化疗药物的副作用 ,提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
PurPose: To study the effects of shiquan Dabu Ttang on immunity in immuno-suppresive mice.Methods:The mice inhibited in immunity by CXT and Red are given 50% SDT and 100% SDT by gavage.The SRBC-DTH,ATER,HA and spleen index were measured.Results:The results show that both 100%SDT and 50%SDTI enhance the level of SRBC-DTH and increase the ATER and decrease spleen index comparison with control ( P< 0 05).Conclusion:SDT can decrease the side effect of chemotherapy and enhance the cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
