摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征(primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组32例PNS患者用泼尼松加中药治疗,治疗效果与单纯泼尼松治疗(对照组)30例比较。结果:两种治疗方法均取得了明显的疗效,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗后血浆白蛋白较治疗前明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗PNS优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine of 32 cases with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods：32 cases（treated group） with PNS were treated by prednisone plus Chinese herbal medicine,and the efficacy of which was compared with that of 30 cases（control group） treated with prednisone alone.Results：Two kinds of methods have achieved significant efficacy,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,serum albumin increased apparently（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The treatment of PNS with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is superior to that of western medine alone.
