摘要
目的:应用HPLC测定十味扶正胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用BDS HYPERSILC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(16∶84),流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:230nm。结果:在上述色谱条件下,芍药苷对照品进样量在4.2～42μg·mL-1内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.12%。结论:此方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To determine the content Paeoniflorin in Shiweifuzheng capsules by HPLC. Methods： The BDS HYPERSIL-C18 column （250mm ×4. 6mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was aceonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （16：84） . The detection wavelength was 230nm, the flow rate at 1.0mL· min^-1 and the column temperature at 30℃. Results： Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within a range of 4. 2 - 42μg· mL^-l （r =0. 999 9） . The average recovery was 100. 1% （RSD = 1.12% ） . Conclusions： The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for quality control on the preparation.
