摘要
以癸二酸和正丁醇为原料,用复合型固体超强酸TiO2-ZrO2-SO42-作催化剂,催化合成了癸二酸单丁酯,并考察了反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等对反应的影响,得出酯化反应的最佳反应条件为:癸二酸0.05mol、TiO2-ZrO2-SO42-0.6g、正丁醇0.07mol、癸二酸二丁酯0.04mol、反应时间5h、带水剂二甲苯10mL,在此条件下,癸二酸单丁酯产率达98.8%。
Monobutyl sebacate was synthesized from butanol and sebacic acid wi th solid superacid TiO2-ZrO2-SO42-as catalyst. The effects of reaction time,mol ar ratio, amount of catalyst were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained: sebacic acid 0.05mol, TiO2-ZrO2-SO42-0.6 g, butanol 0.07mol, dibuty l sebacate 0.04mol, the reaction time 5h, xylene 10ml, and the yield of monobuty l sebacate reached 98.8%.
