摘要
利用磁性与固体超强酸组合,制备出磁性SO42-/Fe3O4-zrO2固体超强酸催化剂,并用于癸二酸二丁酯(DBS)的合成反应中。得到最佳反应条件为:反应温度150℃,n丁醇:n癸-酸=3:1,反应时间2h,W催化剂=1.2%,癸二酸的转化率达99%。利用催化剂的磁性可将催化剂迅速分离,回收率达95.4%,并能重复使用。
Magnetic solid super acids SO42-/Fe3O4-ZrO2 is prepared by chemical modification on solid super acids, and is used as catalyst in synthesis of dibutyl sebacate. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 150℃, the reaction time is 2 h, the molar ratio of butanol to sebacic acid is 3:1, and the mass fraction of catalyst is 1.2% based on the total mass of initial materials. The conversion efficiency of sebacic acid can reach 99% under above-mentioned conditions. The catalyst can be isolated from other materials by magnetic separation, the recycle rate is 93. 8%, and the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
