摘要
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对畜产品的需求量也在不断的扩大,粮食作为常规饲料原料的压力也日渐增大。因此对非常规饲料进行开发不仅可以缓解"人畜争粮"的现状,还可降低动物生产成本,提高经济效益。本文就菌糠的营养特性、菌糠饲料化开发技术研究及其在动物生产中的应用进展进行综述,以期为更好地开发利用菌糠提供参考,为畜牧业生产利用菌糠作为饲料原料提供理论依据。同时,本文还旨在探索发掘一些非常规饲料,使饲料原料的来源更加多元化,推动畜牧业更好地发展。
With the improvement of life, people＇s demands for animal product are increasing day by day. The pressure of food as raw materials for the feed is also growing, so we need to develop non-conventional feed. That not only can alleviate the contradiction between food and feed, can also reduce the animal production cost and raise economic benefits. The major nutrition characteristics, study on feed exploitation of spent mushroom substrate and its application in animal production were reviewed. We hope this paper can provide references for exploiting and using spent mushroom substrate in future. Finally, we also hope that could better explore some unconventional feed for the diversity of the raw feed materials and promote the development of animal husbandry.
