摘要
通过对象草、五节芒、类芦、芒箕、玉米秆、麦秆、甘蔗渣7种基质栽培香菇的试验研究表明,在培养料中添加适当比例的菌草或作物秸秆基质替代部分杂木屑、麦麸等原料,选择中、短菌龄(中、早熟型)香菇品种,并相应调整香菇栽培季节,香菇菌棒能够正常发菌、转色和出菇,香菇产量能达到或接近常规水平,子实体所含脂肪、蛋白质、氨基酸总量、多糖含量等营养质量指标与常规水平相同或相近。
Study on 7 different substrates for cultivation of Lentinus edodes showed that output of mushroom will reach the normal one if substrates supplemented with certain ratio of weed or straw to replace sawdust and wheat bran, selecting early and middle-maturity varieties and changing cultivation period. And nutrition target of cultivated mushroom like fat, protein, amino acid and polysaccharide content is near or same as the normal one.
