摘要
目的 :探讨神经再生素抑制PC12细胞凋亡的作用机制。方法 :采用流式细胞仪和RT PCR ,观察神经再生素对无血清状态下PC12细胞Caspases 3活力及Bax、Caspases 3mRNA的影响。结果 :与对照组相比 ,神经再生素可抑制无血清培养的PC12细胞Caspases 3活力 ,并可使Bax、Caspases 3mRNA的表达减少。结论 :神经再生素可以通过抑制Caspases 3基因表达和活化 。
AIM:To study the mechanism of nerve regeneration factor (NRF) on apoptosis of PC12 cells. METHOD: The activity of Caspases-3 and the expression of Bax,Caspases-3 mRNA of PC12 cells were detected by FCM and RT-PCR under serum free condition.RESULT: The activity of Caspases-3 and the expression of Bax,Caspases-3 mRNA of PC12 cells were reduced significantly by NRF under serum free condition.CONCLUSION:NRF can protect the PC12 cells from apoptosis by inhibiting gene expression and activation of Caspases-3.
