摘要
目的:探讨羊膜移植联合结膜瓣遮盖治疗小儿细菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的可行性。方法:采用新鲜羊膜移植联合结膜瓣遮盖治疗小儿细菌性角膜溃疡穿孔5例(5眼),术后随访6～24mo。结果:全部患眼治愈,未见复发。术后均未见新鲜羊膜移植片急性排斥反应,炎症控制。4～5wk角膜上皮愈合,2眼视力不同程度提高。结论:羊膜移植联合结膜瓣遮盖是治疗小儿细菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的有效方法。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT) for t reating children bacteria corneal ulcer perforations.· MEHTODS: Fresh AMT was performed in 5 patients (5 eyes) with children bacteri a corneal ulcer perforation. All the patients were followed up for 6-24mo.· RESULTS: No acute rejection was observed after fresh AMT in all patients. The infection and inflammation were controlled in all eyes after surgery. In all ey es epithelium healed over all corneal ulcer within 4-5wk and remained stable dur ing the follow-up. Visual acuity was improved in 2 eyes.· CONCLUSION: AMT is an effective method to treat children bacteria corneal ulc er perforation.·
