摘要
目的评价增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗外伤后真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法治疗组应用0.8%增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗68例68眼;对照组应用0.3%二性霉素B滴眼液治疗40例40眼。每日或隔日行裂隙灯及荧光素染色检查。结果治疗组痊愈率为41.18%,总有效率为88.24%。对照组痊愈率为20%,总有效率为60%。两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗角膜治疗外伤后真菌性感染,临床效果是肯定的。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of synergic ketoconzole drops treating the traumatic fungal corneal ulcer. Methods Treatment group was 68 cases （68 eyes） treated with 0.8% syergic ketoconazole drops. Control group was 40 cases （ 40 eyes） treated with 0.3% amphoteericin drops. Slit-lamp examination and fluorescent staining were done every day or at a day intervals. Results Curative and effectual rate were respectively 41.80%, 88.24% in treatment group and 20.00% ,60.00% correspondingly in control group. The statistical analysis showed significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）in two groups. Conclusions Synergic ketoconazole drops can cure the traumatic keratomuycosis effectively.
