摘要
由1-(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰基)-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲(■a~i)脱水环化,合成了一系列新的5-(2,4-二氯苯氧亚甲基)-2-芳酰氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑■a~i。在酸催化下,■a~i 的环化方向不受芳环上结构变化的影响。对环化的可能机制进行了讨论。■a~i 结构经元素分析、红外光谱和质谱确认。
In the paper,a convenient preparation of 5-(2, 4-dichlorophe- noxymethylene)-2-aroylamino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 3a~i were affored by dehydration of 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxylacetyl)-4-aroylthiosemicarbazides a~i under glacial acetic acid.We find that the cyclic orientation of a~i isn't affected by changing aryl struc- ture.Two possible courses of cyclization are discussed.Structure of products a~i were characterized by elemental analysis,infrared and mass spectra.
