摘要
公平与效率通常被认为是衡量制度安排优劣的准则。其实 ,制度安排与公平效率是一种对立统一的关系 ,制度创新会引起公平效率观念的改变 ;公平效率观念的转变也会引起制度变革。运用产权分析方法 ,能够辩证地认识制度安排与公平效率之间的关系。
Justice/efficiency are often considered to be measures to identify whether an institutional arrangement is good or not.In fact,institutional arrangement and justice/efficiency is just a consolidation of two opposite sides.Innovation of institution will bring now changes for the concept of justice/efficiencey,which in trun will arrise reform of institution.Property right analysis is a powerful tool to identify the dialectical relationship betwwen institutional arrangement and justice/efficiency.
