摘要
根据西方经济理论分析,高校图书馆是一种俱乐部形式的准公共产品,本校师生是其俱乐部一级读者。在高校虚拟联合图书馆的情况下,其读者范围扩大到持有通用阅览证的外校师生,此为二级读者。在我国公办教育的体制下,资金供给上高校图书馆表现出不同于俱乐部成员交费的方式,政府是高校图书馆资金供给的主体。
s: Libraries in colleges and universities — whose first rank readers are teachers and students of it' s own, and the second rank readers are those who occupied the card in common use — are imoure public goods of club by analyzing with theory of western economics. But the model of capital source is different from club. On the condition of stated-owned education ,government is the main source of capital for libraries in colleges and universities .
