摘要
产权分析方法为我们分析现实经济问题提供一种新的视角。它为市场经济体制中"市场失灵"的原因提供了一个科学解释,尤其适用于分析非市场经济体制下资源配置中的决策问题,有助于我们深刻认识、理性把握由计划经济向市场经济的转轨过程。
The method of property right provides a new angle for analyzing today's exising economic problems.It explains why 'ineffective marketing' happens in the marketing economic system.The method is good at analyzing the decisionmaking for resources deployment in the nonmarketing economic system,enabling us to understand and grasp the changing period from planning economy to marketing economy.
