摘要
对新型长冲程抽油机——竖游梁塔架式抽油机的运动分析方法进行了研究,导出了该机悬点位移、速度及加速度的计算公式。计算实例表明,该机在工作行程的悬点加速度变化平稳、峰值小,与常规型抽油机相比,可有效降低最大悬点载荷。
The method of motion analysis of new type and long stroke pumping unit with vertical walking-beam and pylon was studied.The formulae to calculate displacement,velocity and acceleration of hanging point were reduced.The calculation example indicates that the acceleration of hanging point changes smoothly and its maximum working stroke is very low.As a result,its maximum hanging load can be reduced greatly compared to the normal pumping units.
