摘要
文章提出了使用电路仿真实现电路故障注入与测试的方法,介绍了使用PSPICE9实现电路故障注入的可行途径,论述了仿真自动故障注入的实现方法,讨论并建立了半导体集成数字器件的故障模式仿真模型,通过电路仿真实例进行了原理验证。
In this paper circuit fault injection and testing by simulating is presented, the available way of making circuit fault injection using PSPICE 9 software is brought, realizing of automatic fault injection is discussed. Fault-mode simulation-model of semiconductor integrate digital circuit is brought forward and realized, then circuit-simulation example is used for testify.
