摘要
结合通信装备维修多样性和时效性的实际,针对没有具体图纸或资料不全的情况下设备故障诊断和维修中存在的困难,提出了一种基于orCAD PSpice故障诊断的建模方法;该方法通过分析设备工作原理并结合故障现象逐步缩小故障范围,通过对比借鉴相关设备资料建立通用的故障模型,通过搭建典型工作电路并用orCAD PSpice仿真进行通用模型的验证,从而为设备在实际使用中的故障定位和维修提供一种有效的解决思路。
Facing on the diversity and the efficiency of the equipments repair in communication, a fault modelling method based on orCAD PSpice was presented without the material drawing of the equipments or the detailed datum. In this method, the fault scope was shortened through analyzing the equipment principle and the fault phenomenon, the general fault model was constructed by studying the correlative datum, the model based on the construction of typical circuits was tested and simulated by orCAD PSpice, then a valid thinking was provided in analysis and repair of the equipments in practical use.
