摘要
在PSPICE仿真平台的基础上,分析了高性能电流模式控制器UC2843的升压性能,并结合该芯片的各种功能在PSPICE平台上建立UC2843的模型,使得该芯片在以后的电路仿真上可以得到很好的应用,最后进行仿真分析与对比。结果表明,该模型模拟计算的能力与实际情况吻合良好。
The paper introduce the features of the high performance current mode PWM controller UC2843 based on PSPICE simulation platform are analysed. An approach of model the IC in spice is presented. The model implementation in the program is successful. Comparisons of measured IC performance and simulation results are given to illustrate the proximity of the models to real IC behaviour.
