摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/纳米二氧化硅及聚丙烯/纳米二氧化硅/聚烯烃弹性体两种体系的纳米复合材料,研究了纳米二氧化硅对聚丙烯/纳米二氧化硅及聚丙烯/纳米二氧化硅/聚烯烃弹性体两种复合体系的力学性能、结晶特性和结晶结构的影响及其特征。结果表明,在纳米二氧化硅与聚烯烃弹性体的协同作用下,聚丙烯的结晶速率加快,结晶温度升高,球晶均匀、细化,材料的韧性和强度得到了较大幅度的提高。
Polypropylene/nanometric silicon dioxide composites and polypropylene/nanometric silicon dioxide/polyolefin elastomer composites were prepared by melt-blending process. Effect of nanometric silicon dioxide on the mechanical properties, crystalline structure and crystallization of polypropylene/nanometric silicon dioxide composites and polypropylene/nanometric silicon dioxide/polyolefin elastomer composites was studied. It was shown that, with the cooperative effect of nanometric silicon dioxide and polyolefin elastomer, the crystallization temperature and rate of polypropylene increased, the spherulite size of polypropylene became finer and equaler, and the toughness and strength of polypropylene increased to a great extent.
