摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米SiO2粉体,研究了各种试验条件对制备纳米SiO2粉体的影响,对制备的纳米SiO2粉体的表面结构作了分析。研究表明,以硅酸钠为原料,乙酸乙酯为潜伏酸试剂,用溶胶-凝胶法可制得粒径20-40 nm纳米级SiO2粉末,粉末的BET比表面积可达 400 m2/g,最高可达503.38 m2/g;乙酸乙酯用量和反应温度对SiO2颗粒比表面积和总孔体积有较大影响;热处理条件对SiO2粉体的粒径影响不大,但粉体中的硅羟基缩合失水形成Si-O-Si键,出现孔结构塌陷,比表面积下降。
Nanometer SiO2 was prepared by sol - gel method. The effects of test conditions on the preparation of nanometer SiO2 were examined. The surface structure of nanometer SiO2 was analyzed. The resuh showed that nanometer SiO2 with the diameter in the range of 20 - 40 nm was prepared using sodium silicate and ethyl acetate. BET specific area could reach 400 m^2/g, sometimes up to 500 m^2/g. The content of ethyl acetate and reaction temperature could have significant influence on the specific area and total pore volume of nanometer SiO2 while the heat treatment had little influence on the diameter of SiO2, but the silicon - hydroxy of nanometer SiO2 would condense to lose water and form Si--O--Si bond, leading to the collapse of pore structure and decrease of the specific area.
