摘要
以纳米SiO2 作为增强材料 ,制备纳米复合材料 ,研究了表面处理及不同的纳米含量对纳米复合材料性能的影响 ,采用透射电镜对纳米SiO2 粒子的分布进行了表征。结果表明 ,SiO2 处理与否 ,纳米SiO2 均可以在环氧树脂中分散 ,SiO2 表面处理后 ,纳米SiO2 复合材料性能得到提高。纳米SiO2 可以使环氧树脂增刚、增强。
SiO 2 nanocomposite was prepared by nanometer SiO 2 and epoxy resin.The effect of different treatment of nanometer on nanocomposite was studied.The dispersion of nanometer in epoxy resin was observed by TEM.As a result,with or without treatment,SiO 2 can be dispersed in epoxy resin.After treatment,good properties can be abtained at a low percent weight.Nanometer SiO 2 can increases toughness,modulus and roughness of epoxy resin.
