厦门港湾和闽南-台湾浅滩海域鱼类感染吸虫的调查研究 被引量:1

Investigations on trematode infection of marine fishes in the waters of the Xiamen Harbour and Minnan-Taiwan Shoal

摘要 本文根据1980~1986年厦门港湾和闽南-台湾浅滩海域的调查资料,报道了该海区鱼类感染复殖吸虫的概况。在我们检查的106种鱼类中,从其中54种的消化道和1种的体腔中发现复殖吸虫标本1269个,感染率为28.24%。本海区鱼类生态习性虽有差异,其感染率和阳性鱼的感染度可能有明显差异,但从总体上看,不同生态类群鱼类的吸虫密度分布甚为均匀。 In the waters of the Xiamen Harbour and Minnan-Taiwan Shoal 106 species of marine fishes have been examined. From the digestive-tracts of 54 of them and the body-cavity of one, 1926 specimens of digenetic trematodes (about 70 species) were found. The incidence is 28.24%. Of the 106 fishes, three inshore fishes, Lateolabrax japonwus (Cue. et Val. ), Fugu oblongus (Bloch) and Mugil cephalus (L.), which can live in both salinewater and freshwater, contain more species of trematodes (6~8 species) in each. This may result from the manifold surroundings they inhabit. In the digestive-tract of a Coilia mystus (L.), another salinewater-and-freshwater-inhabiting fish, there was no less than 96 hemiurid adults.Generally, all the fishes belong to each of the different water types, such as, the warm-water or the warm=temperate type; or, the pelagic, the mesopelagic, or the demersal type, have similar average infectiosity (about 2.25 worms per fish examined) though the incidence and the infectiosity of the positive fishes belonging to different water types may be distinct. As the trematodes in the digestivetracts invade marine fishes chiefly by the mouths, it can be concluded that the trematodes which infect fishes by various sea food webs have a well-distributed density in the area.
