摘要
本文提出一种新的测定痕量氟的萃取光度法,系用N,N-二甲苯胺作萃取剂,证实异戊醇进入萃取的多元络合物组成,以六偏 酸钠和乙酰丙酮可消除多量铁、铝的干扰,生物样品则宜用过氧化氢及过氧化钠高压分解。本法可检测多种水样中10^(-9)级的氟,相对标准偏差<2%。
A new extraction-spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of fluoride is proposed, by using N, N-dimethylaniline as extractant, proving iso-pentyl alcohol into the composition of multi-dentate complex extracted,proposing a new masking system with sodium hexametaphosphate and acety-lacetone to elimi-nate the interference of macro amount of ferric and aluminium ions and using hydrogen pex-oxide and sodium peroxide to decompose bio-samples under high pressure. This method can detect fluoride ion in ppb level in various samples of water with relative standard deviation of less than 2%.
