摘要
利用液体石蜡作粘合剂制成 CPE,根据锑与茜素络合剂生成的络合物在 CPE上的吸附特性 ,考察了最佳底液条件 ,共存离子的影响 ,测定了电活性络合物的组成 ,探讨了电极反应机理。方法已用于水样中锑的测定。检出限为 4×1 0 -9mol/L。
An adsorptive stripping voltammetric method was developed for determination of antimony(Ⅲ) at carbon paste electrodes. The analysis procedure consisted of accumulation step at -0.20V( vs .SCE) in stirred formate buffer solution(pH 4.0) containing alizarin complex reagent, and determination step in which the antimony(Ⅲ) was measured by anodic stripping volammetry after cathodic reduction at -0.50 V in HCl solution. The peak potential was at about 0V. The concentration of antimony(Ⅲ) was linearly proportional to the second order derivative peak height over the range from 8.0×10 -9 to 8.0×10 -7 mol/L with detection limit of 4×10 -9 mol/L . The mechanism of electrode reaction was also discussed. The proposed method was applied to determination of antimony(Ⅲ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
