摘要
研究了以壳聚糖季铵盐为相转移催化剂,以N,N-二甲苯胺和甲醛为原料合成4,4′-四甲二氨基二苯甲烷。考察了催化剂种类、用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明:当壳聚糖季铵盐用量为0.5 g,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为120℃时,产品产率达92%以上。催化剂可重复多次使用,同时对产品结构进行了元素分析及红外光谱表征。
4,4- tetramethyldiaminor'iphenylmethane can be synthesized by N, N-dimethlamiline with formaldehyde of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt as phase-transfer catalyst. The reaction optimum condition is studied by reviewing each kind of catalyzer, dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature, during the process of reaction. The results of experiment indicate; when the catalyst used is0. 5 g, reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature 120℃ , the yield of production is over 92%. The catalyst can be used many times. The structure of product is characterized by element analysis and infrared spectroscopy.
