摘要
在pH5.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,Al^(3+)与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)生成络合物使SAF的荧光猝灭。加入F^-后SAF的荧光增强。据此建立了铝-水杨基荧光酮体系中测定痕量F^-的间接荧光光度法。荧光强度与F^-的含量在0~6μg/25mL范围内呈线性关系。本法用于实际样品测定,结果与氟离子选择电极法一致。
Based on the fluorescence enhancement effect of fluorine on aluminium- salicylfluorone system, a fluor-ometric method for the determination of trace fluorine has been developed. The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amount of fluorine in the range of 0~6μg/25mL. The analytical results of tap water obtained by this method are in agreement with those obtained by ion selective electrode method.
