摘要
目的 建立了一种快速、准确的高效液相色谱法同时测定脑心通胶囊中二羟丙茶碱和三羟乙基芦丁的的含量。方法 Hypersil ODS2（5μm4.0×250mm）,流动相:乙腈-10％冰乙酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH值至3.5）（10:100）,检测波长:254nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1,柱温45℃。结果 二羟丙茶碱和三羟乙基芦丁分别在0.1595～0.7976mg·ml-1,r=0.9998,0.1248～0.6240mg·ml-1,r=0.9999,范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.6％（n=9,RSD=1.1％）,96.8％（n=9,RSD=0.9％）。结论 本法快速准确、精密度好,可作为控制脑心通胶囊质量的方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and accurate method for determining diprophylline and trihydroxyethyrutin in naoxintong capsules by HPLC. METHODS The analytical column was Hypersil ODS2 (5μm, 4.0 × 250mm) , The mobile phase was consisted of the acetonitrile-10% acetic acid(usd triethylamine adjusts the solutions pH3. 5)(10:?100),The detection wavelength was at 254nm,The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1 ,with temperature at 45 C. RESULTS There were good linear relationship for Diprophylline within the range of 0. 1595-0. 7976mg· ml-1,r = 0. 9998 for Trihydroxyethyrutin within the range of 0. 1248-0. 6240mg · ml-1 ,r = 0. 9999,with their peak area. The average recoveries were 96. 6%(n = 9,RSD=1. 1%),96. 8%(n=9,RSD=0. 9%). CONCLUSION The method is rapid,accurate and can be used for the drug quality control.
