摘要
造成产品复杂性问题的一个重要原因就是组件和组件供应商的增加。现在正在探讨通过产品设计来减少族系产品的复杂性,权衡族系产品的公共性后如何利用现行的决策支持方法来选择可以使设计、采购和使用总成本最小化的组件和供应商。将集成组件和供应商选择问题当作一个整数规划模型进行了概念化和公式化,在此基础上,设计了一种理想的集成组件配置方案,并制定了组件供应商选择策略。
An important reason causing the product complexity issue is the increases of components and suppliers. The reduction in complexity of a product family through product design is examined. By leveraging the commonalities among products in a family, the decision support methodology presented helps choose components and suppliers that minimize the sum of design, procurement and usage costs. The problem of integrated component and supplier selection is conceptualized and formulated as an integer-programming model. On the basis of this, a perfect integrate component solution and supplier selection tactic are discussed.
