摘要
首先讨论建立供应链合作伙伴关系的意义 ,接着深入分析合作伙伴关系对整个供应链的有利处及潜在的风险 ,建立合作伙伴关系的实施步骤与关键成功因素 ,然后讨论了合作伙伴选择的准则和方法 ,最后给出了对构造供应链合作伙伴选择的理论框架的初步探讨与思考。
This paper discusses the significance of establishment of supply chain partnership, the benefits and potential risks of the partnership for the supply chain, the implementation steps and key factors of partnership, and the rules and methods for the selection of vendors. The framework of supply chain partnership selection is explored and studied.
