渣油加氢处理(RHT)系列催化剂的工业生产和应用 被引量:6

COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURE AND APPLICATION OF RHT SERIES CATALYSTS FOR RESIDUE HYDROTREATING

摘要 中国石化股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院针对中东高硫原油及国内劣质原油研究开发的渣油加氢处理技术,其系列催化剂包括RG-10A和RG-10B保护剂、RDM-2脱金属剂、RMS-1脱金属脱硫剂、RSN-1脱硫脱氮剂。这些催化剂进行了工业生产,并在1.5Mt/a UFR/VRDS渣油加氢装置的固定床反应器中进行了工业应用。应用结果表明,该系列催化剂加氢活性和稳定性能都明显优于原来使用的催化剂(参比剂),在相近反应条件下,脱硫率、脱金属率和脱残炭率比参比剂可分别提高10,16,21个百分点以上。 Rsidue hydrotreating technology (RHT) and its related RHT series catalysts including guard catalysts, RG-10A and RG-10B; hydrodemetallation catalyst, RDM-2 ; hydrodemetallation and hydrodesulfurization catalyst, RMS-1 ; hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation catalyst, RSN-1 were developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for processing high sulfur Middle-East crude and domestic poor quality crude. The RHT series catalysts were commercially manufactured and applied in the fixed-bed reactor of the 1.5Mt/a UFR/VRDS unit. The application results showed that under the similar operation conditions the activity and stability of the RHT series catalysts were better than that of the previously used catalyst which was used as a reference. Compared with the reference catalysts the rates of desulfurization, demetallization and residual carbon removal of the RHT series catalysts were 10, 16 and 21 percentages higher, respectively.
