摘要
采用BET和TPR手段考察了用不同条件和方法制备的CoMo型加氢脱硫催化剂中活性组分的分散状况和还原性质。结果表明,活性组分在催化剂中的分散状况与催化剂的还原性能以及加氢脱硫活性密切相关。CoMo催化剂中活性组分呈单层分散时,八面体配位Mo物种的数量最高,此时催化剂具有较高的加氢脱硫活性;随着活性组分分散状况变差,催化剂中八面体配位Mo物种数量逐渐降低,同时催化剂的加氢脱硫活性降低。
The dispersion and reduction properties of CoMo HDS catalysts prepared by changing the preparation conditions and methods were studied by BET and TPR techniques.It was found that the dispersion of the active species of the catalyst showed close relationship with the reduction properties and HDS activity of the CoMo catalyst.When the active phase was dispersed as monolayer on the support,the amount of octahedral coordinated Mo species and the HDS activity of CoMo catalyst reached the maximum values.With the dispersion of the active phase becoming worse,the amount of octahedral coordinated Mo species and the HDS activity decreased.
