摘要
根据空间网架结构结点空心钢球的技术要求,研制了一种焊缝自动跟踪系统。采用单板机控制,具有焊炬自动摆动功能,对焊缝位置偏差进行实时采集、检测并通过驱动机构加以校正,以实现网架钢球的自动化焊接。
A seam tracking device is developed according to the requirement to weld hollow steel balls of net frame nodes. Autowelding for the balls is carried out with single board computer controlling method which possesses torch waving function, real time acquisition and processing for deviation and close loop adjustment to decrease deviation etc.
