摘要
研制了一种全集成电路数字式传感双向自动跟踪控制器，该控制器可同时实现横向和纵向双向自动跟踪，跟踪精度高，抗干扰能力强，适用于Ｕ形和Ｖ形坡口的对接焊，且不受焊接方法和材料的限制。介绍了这种控制器的系统组成、工作原理。
A completely integrated circuits automatic tracking controller of two dimensions with a digital sensor is researched in this paper. The controller can track the weld in two dimensions of horizontal and vertical directions the same time. The tracking sensitivity is good. It can be used to track the U or V joint. There is no limit to the welding process and material. The structure principle and application results of the controller are introduced also.
