摘要
木质素磺酸盐—磺化栲胶混合物(简称LT)可用于配制高强度油井堵剂,堵剂配方为LT14％～20％,尿素5％～8％,36％甲醛溶液11％～17％,硼砂1.0％～2.5％,亚硫酸钠1.0％,硅酸钠0.5％,在pH值5～7、温度40～50℃条件下,固化时间为2～25h,堵剂固结后的抗压强度高达1.2MPa,且具有良好的耐酸、耐盐和耐水性。
A mixture of lignosulfonate and sulfonated tannin extract (named as LT for short) can be used to prepare a plugging agent with high strength. Proper composition of the plugging agent are: LT 14％～20％, urea 5％～8％, 36％ formaldehyde 11％～17％, borax 1.0％～2.5％, sodium sulfite 0.5％ and sodium silicate 0.5％, The solidifying time of the plugging agent at pH 5～7 and temperature 40～50℃ varies in the range of 2～25h. The gel formed has a pressure strength up to 1.2 MPa. It keeps stable in water, acid and salt.
