摘要
本文报道樟脑磺酸（ＣＳ）作为离子对试剂和二巯基丙烷磺酸钠（ＤＭＰＳ）作为抗氧剂，以甲醇－水和甲醇２种体系在同１根柱上分别进行多种维生素中５种水溶性维生素和２种脂溶性维生素的定量测定，本方法具有快速、简便、重现性好、分离度和回收率高等优点。
This paper recommended camphor sulfonic acid (CS)as the ion -pair reagent and sodium dimercaptopropare sulfonate(DMPS) as an antioxidant for the determination of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins in multi-vitamins preparation.The vitamins can be separated on C18 column with two system of MeOH-H2O containing 0.005mol/L CS and MeOH.The method is rapid, simple, accurate,with excellent resolution and recovery.
