结肠癌组织中TGF-β1和nm23-H1及pS2 protein的表达与生物学行为的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between the Expression of TGF-β1, nm23-H1, pS2 Protein and Biological Behavior of Colonic Carcinoma

摘要 目的 :观察转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)、肿瘤转移抑制基因H1(nm2 3 H1)、雌激素调节多肽pS2蛋白(pS2protein)在结肠癌组织中的表达 ,探讨它们与结肠癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :6 8例原发性结肠癌组织及30例同期正常结肠切缘组织石蜡包埋标本 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测TGF β1,nm2 3 H1,pS2protein的表达情况。结果 :结肠癌组织中TGF β1,nm2 3 H1,pS2protein的阳性表达分别为 5 1 4 7% ,39 71%和 35 2 % ,均显著高于正常结肠组织 (P <0 0 5 )。TGF β1,nm2 3 H1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度 ,Dukes分期及有无转移之间有相关性 ,而与组织学类型无关 ;在有转移的结肠癌组织中 ,nm2 3 H1的表达显著低于无转移组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TGF β1表达显著高于无转移组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;pS2protein的表达与结肠癌Dukes分期及有无转移无相关性 ,但与分化程度有关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :TGF β1,nm2 3 H1,pS2protein在结肠癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用 。 Objective: To observe the expression of TGF-β1 , nm23-H1 and pS2 protein in colonic carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between the expression of them and the biological behavior of colonic carcinoma. Methods: The expression of TGF-β1 , nm23-H1 and pS2 protein was detected in 68 cases of colonic carcinoma and 30 cases of colon mucous membrane with immunohistochemical stain. Results: The positive rates of TGF-β1 , nm23-H1 and pS2 protein in colonic carcinoma were 51.47%(35/68), 39.71%(27/68), and 35.29%(24/68)respectively. They were higher than those in normal colon tissues. The expression of nm23-H1, TGF-β1 had relation with Dukes stage, metastasis cellular differentiation, but did not relate with cellular differentiation. The expression of nm23-H1 was higher (P<0.05) and TGF-β1 was lower (P<0.05) in colonic carcinoma with metastasis than in cases without metastasis significantly. The expression of pS2 protein had no relation with Dukes stage or metastasis, but had relation with cellular differentiation (P<0.05). Conclusions: Our results suggest that TGF-β1, nm23-H1 and pS2 protein play important roles in the development of colonic carcinoma and their expression can reflect the biological behavior of colonic carcinoma to some extent.
