结肠癌异位表达PS2蛋白的检测及意义

摘要 目的:探讨PS2蛋白在结肠癌组织中异位表达的意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测了29例结肠癌,30例溃疡性结肠炎和28例正常人结肠组织中PS2和癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达。结果:结果显示PS2蛋白在结肠癌组织中异位表达。作为诊断指标,PS2蛋白的敏感性为65.5%,特异性为86.3%;CEA的敏感性为96.8%,特异性为57.6%。尽管CEA在结肠组织中表达较PS2更为敏感,但其特异性不强。尤其是CEA在溃疡性结肠炎组织中的阳性率高于60%,而PS2阳性率仅20.3%,且只在伴有不典型增生者中表达。结论:PS2在结肠癌组织中异位表达可作为诊断结肠癌的敏感而特异的指标,同时可作为溃疡性结肠炎的病情观察指标。 objective:To elucidate the significance of expression of PS2 protein in the tissue of colonic carcinoma. Methods: PS2 and CEA protein expression in the tissues from 29 patients with colonic carcinoma, 30 ulcerative colitis and 28 normal control were measured by the immunohistochemical method. Results The result showed that PS2 protein was expressed octopically in the tissue of colonic cancer. As a diagnostic marker, the sensitivity of. PS2 expression was 65. 5% , the specificity was 86. 3%, but the sensitivity of CEA was 96. 8%, specificity 57. 5%. Although we found that expressing CEA in colonic cancer tissue wad more sensitive than that of PS2:The PS2 protein expression was more specific. Espe-cialy, the positive expression of CEA in the tissue of ulcerative colitis wad highly up to 60%, but the PS2 was only 20% of the mucosa with atypical hyperpladia. Conclusion The tissue of colonic cancer. Detecting:The PS2 protein expression in the colonic mucosa could be used as a marker for observing the progression of ulcerative colitis.
