摘要 本文给出了涡扇发动机可靠性增长分析与评估的流程与方法。分析结果表明,其初样、试样均有显著的可靠性正增长,其故障均可用幂律模型跟踪,试样的MTBF比初样有显著增长,试样MTBF的点估计为θ粎=8.744h,置信水平γ=0.90时,其下限θL=5.570h。 In this paper, the flow and methods of reliability growth and assessment for a type of turbofan engine are presented. The analysis results indicate both the initial prototype and test prototype have significant reliability positive growth, their failure data can be tracked by the power law reliability growth model, the MTBF of test protetype VS. the MTBF of initial prototype have significant growth, the point estimate of MTBF, θ, of test prototype, is 8.744, Lower limit,θ,of θ with confidence level γ=0.9 is 5.570?
