摘要
对某型固体火箭发动机的可靠性增长进行了统计检验,在可靠性增长的基础上,用二项分布阶段可靠性增长的Bayes方法评定了该机的可靠性下限。结果表明,可靠性增长方法能充分利用信息,并可节省大量试验样本。
A analysis method of reliability growth for a certain solid rocket engine is performed.Based on the statistic data of reliability growth, the lowest value of the engine reliability is estimated with Bayes binomial distribution of reliability growth in stages. These results indicate that informations can be fully utilized and many samples can be saved by using this reliability growth method.
