摘要
用多台同型系统同步投试同步改进不同步截尾的幂律模型(也称AMSAA模型),对某型发射车的电视监视系统的可靠性增长试验结果进行了详细的分析。结果表明,该型系统经可靠性增长试验显著地提高了可靠性,其增长规律可用幂律模型很好地拟合,并给出了模型参数及系统平均无故障工作时间的极大似然估计。
In this paper, using the power law model (it is denominated as AMSAA model in some articles), the reliability growth testing data of the TV monitoring system, which are tested and improved synchronously and truncated unsynchronously, of a fireout car are analysed in detail. The results indicate that the system has significant reliability growth in testing, the growth data of the system can be fitted by the power law model , and the maximum likelihood estimation of the model parameters and the MTBF of the systms are given.
