摘要
本文通过计算拟合分析方法得到色氨酸、酪氨酸与苯丙氨酸荧光光谱解析表达式中的有关参数，同时采用模拟方法得上述荧光光谱的模拟谱，并与实验谱相比较，阐明这些氨基酸发射荧光的机理，反映了计算机拟合与模拟分析方法的特色与光谱分析中的应用．
By means of computer analysis, the concerned parameter is obtained fluorescent Spec-trum analysis of colour ammonium acid, chromium ammonium acid and benzoic acid. mean-while, with simulated method, the simulated spectrum of the above fluorescent spectrum isobtained, and in comparison with the experimental spectrum, the machanism of the fluores-cent spectrum emission of these aminoacids is clarified and the characteristics of computerjoint, the simulated analysis method and their use in spectrum analysis are therefore reflect-ed.
