摘要
采用加压的气液相平衡釜,在0.4 MPa(绝压)、20-40℃的条件下测定含微量水的三甘醇-一氯甲烷体系的气液相平衡数据,用逸度最小方差的方法回归实验数据,以Peng-Robinson状态方程计算组分的逸度,并用单纯形优化法得到方程中的二元相互作用参数。预测了含微量水的一氯甲烷气体在三甘醇中的溶解度,将计算结果与实测值进行比较,平均相对偏差为4.96%。
Gas-liquid equilibrium data for water - triethylene glycol - methyl chloride ternary system were measured in an equilibrium cell at 0.4 MPa and 20-40 ℃. Resulted experimental data were regressed by fugacity least square method. The fugacity of the components were calculated by Peng - Robinson equation. Binary parameters were obtained by using simplex optimization method. The calculated and experimental solubility of CH3C1 with trace water in triethylene glycol were compared. Average relative deviation was 4.96%
