A Comparative Study on Several Waterbome Antirust Coatings

摘要 以丙烯酸改性环氧酯、苯丙、纯丙乳液为漆基制备水性防锈漆,与溶剂型醇酸防锈漆比较,研究了几种水性防锈漆涂膜的机械性能与防锈性能,分析了水性防锈漆的防锈机理以及导致不同防锈漆之间防锈性能差异、涂层耐水性与耐盐水性差异的原因。 The mechanical and antirust properties of several waterborne antirust coatings, based on commercial acrylic/epoxy - ester, styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic emulsion as binder respectively, have been compared with solvent - based alkyd antirust coating. Antirust mechanism of waterborne coating and the main reasons resulting in the difference of antirust property and resistance to water and salt of these coatings have been discussed in this paper.
