摘要
基于自制的丙烯酸丁酯/苯乙烯/丙烯腈(BA/St/AN)共聚乳液,制备了一种性能优异的水性防锈涂料,研究了防锈颜料和润湿分散剂的种类、用量对涂料及其漆膜性能的影响。当颜基比为0.8,防锈颜料用量为填料总量的50%时,水性防锈涂料耐盐水时间最长。当铵盐分散剂与聚丙烯酸钠以1:4变化时,水性涂料有最好的综合性能。
Waterborne antirust paint wasprepared using hulyl-aerylate/styrene/acrylonitrile(coded as BA/St/AN) latex ropolymer. The effects of the variety and amount of the antinist pigments and dispersant on the performance of the paint ana its coaling were investigated. It was found that the paint with a pigment to matrix ratio of 0.8 and anlirust pigment amount of 50% of the total dose of the. fillers had a maximum water-resisting duration. Moreover, when the ratio of the ammonium salt dispersanl to the sodium polyacrylale was kept al I:4, the corresponding paint and its coating had the best comprehensive properties.
