摘要
与发达国家相比 ,国内的涂料研究开发差距明显 ,首先是认识上 ,将涂料简单理解为几种组分的混配 ,未能充分认识到涂料是一门多学科高度综合的材料学科 ;其次在项目上给予支持不够 ,还存在短期行为 ,力量薄弱 ,重复研究等各种问题。对入世后带来的影响提出了对策。
Even inside the industry,so many people believe that production of coatings is just a simple mixture.To make coatings,it's just a course of simple mixing with a simple recipe.Nobody believes it is a highly composite material with multibranch concernings. Therefore,there are insufficient support,shortterm behaviors and poor allocation of equipment and human resources.Low level repetition are frequently happened. What can we do after joining the WTO? This article gives some answers.
