摘要
介绍了氧化铁红的几种制备方法,阐述了氧化铁红在涂料(防腐涂料、带锈防锈涂料等)中的应用,总结了氧化铁红技术近年来的发展趋势及研究方向,认为开发颜料颗粒的表面处理技术、新型的氧化铁复合颜料、改性的包核氧化铁颜料、颗粒氧化铁颜料和特殊用途氧化铁颜料等是涂料行业内技术研究开发的重点方向。
Several preparation methods of red iron oxide and its usage in coatings products(rust coating,anti-corrosion coating,e.g.) are introduced in this paper,the development trends and research directions of red iron oxide in recent years are also summarized.In the paper,author raised the opinion that technology development should emphasis on the following: surface treatment of pigmentparticles,new-type composite pigment of iron oxide,modified pigment of iron oxide,grain pigment of iron oxide and iron oxidepigment for special use.
